We provide the full set of designs, a high-end installation and fit out with the Solo60 branding and marketing to make the space a success.
4. Launch & GROW
We usually launch within 8-12 weeks after taking the space and estimate getting to full occupancy within 6 months.

We are always looking out for locations for both us, and our franchises but please look at where we operate and send locations in proximity to that to ensure it is relevant.
Solo60 is looking for spaces of 500 sq. ft. and over, up to 1200 sq. ft. depending on the layout and location of the space. Please submit your space for review.
We offer a % of the rent in a success fee – usually 6%. We also work with agents on a fixed fee for finding units if that would work better for you.
